BIO
Shubees is an American punk rock/skate punk band formed in Riverside, California in 2014 by guitarist/vocalist Jason Fierro and bassist/vocalist Daniel Archibeque. They have been a trio with drummer Kenny Robertson since 2018.
The band emerged from the Southern California punk scene in 2014 and first gained notoriety for high-energy live shows, use of props, and crowd participation.
Shubees' sound is often compared to Second Wave punk rock bands such as NOFX, Guttermouth, The Offspring, blink-182 and Strung Out.
Stylistically, the group is characterized as punk rock and skate punk.
To date, Shubees has independently released three Extended Plays; Greatest Hits (2015), Dark Side of Uranus (2017), In Your Moms Garage (2018) and a full length album SUPERnothing (2019), released by FirstOff Records. Shubees is currently in production of their fourth EP, which is due for release in 2020.
